Return Policy

This policy applies to printed guides purchased through the checkout flows referenced on the guides page. Digital downloads, if offered in the future, will receive a separate addendum before sales go live.

Eligibility window

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of the delivery timestamp shown on the carrier record. Items with obvious wear cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund.

How to start a return

Email help@freshshbeaut.world with your order identifier, a short description of the issue, and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. The desk replies with the inbound shipping label when appropriate.

Shipping costs

If the return is due to a fulfillment error, outbound and return shipping are covered. If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for return postage according to the message sent by support.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment partner and may take several business days after the warehouse confirms receipt.
